Residential Moraine Pricing - $1,250
Counties in the northern part of our service area may require special moraine testing, which necessitates pits dug with a 24" bucket and lab tests. Our price includes the soil evaluation and lab tests. The cost of digging the pits is NOT included.

*Pricing depends on the number of borings required for your project. A commercial onsite sewage system pre-application will need to be completed with the state for us to provide a quote. Please contact the office for exact pricing regarding commercial soil evaluation.
Commercial Moraine Price - $2,250
*Includes soil evaluation and lab tests. Please note that this does NOT include the cost of digging the pits (a 24" bucket is required).
